Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only once Arihant Skyway has received the required advance payment and issued a confirmation. Package prices shown on this website are starting prices per person and may vary based on travel dates, group size, hotel category, and customization. Full payment terms will be shared at the time of booking confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges depend on how close to the departure date the cancellation is made, and on cancellation policies imposed by airlines, hotels, and other third-party suppliers. Any refund due will be processed after deducting applicable supplier charges and a service fee. Please ask us for the specific cancellation terms of your package before booking.

Changes to Itinerary

While we make every effort to operate all packages as planned, itineraries may need to change due to weather, local conditions, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for carrying a valid passport, visas, and any other travel documents required for their destination, along with adequate travel insurance. Arihant Skyway is not responsible for denied entry, missed travel, or losses arising from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

Liability

Arihant Skyway acts as an agent arranging services provided by third parties (airlines, hotels, transport operators, and local guides) and is not liable for their acts, omissions, delays, or cancellations. Our liability is limited to the value of the package booked with us.

Pricing

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change based on currency fluctuation, fuel surcharges, or changes in government taxes until full payment is received.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
